Place an order

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account is required to place an order on Gisele Delorme’s website. This account will allow you to check on your order’s updates.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

On the log in page, click on “forgotten password”. A new one will be e-mailed to you.

Shipping

Where do ship ?

For now, Gisele Delorme can only ship in Europe, but we are doing our best to change that asap!

What are the shipping methods and fees?

For now, only deliveries in France can be express. Parcels shipped to other countries will be shipped using standard delivery.

Standard delivery is free for orders over 70€ in France and 100€ in Europe.

My country is not available, what can I do?

We are doing our best to make sure that our Gisele Delorme products are available everywhere. In the meantime, you can locate a distributor on our map.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Only the following bankcards are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard. American Express cards are not accepted.

Is the online payment safe?

Our number one priority is to make sure that your payment details are secure! GD INTERNATIONAL uses the CYBERPLUS PAYMENT settlement system with 3D SECURE security feature, implemented by Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.The entire transaction is encrypted and directed to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. No banking information is stored on our server: our partner bank, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, directly hosts the input form.


My order

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Your order cannot be cancelled nor modified because the preparation at the warehouse is initiated the day you place your order. If you do not wish to receive it anymore, we kindly invite you to return it.

Do you send out samples?

We give out three samples per order, with no minimum amount. Time to try out new routines!

I have several promo codes, can I apply all of them to my order?

Promo codes cannot be combined. However, feel free to place several orders !

My returns

How can I return a product?

You can return your product 14 days after receiving your order. To be returned, the product must be brand new, in its intact packaging. If a returned product does not respect these conditions, we will not be able to process the refund.

Are returns free?

Returns are the responsibilty of customer.

How long does it take to process the refund?

Once we have received the parcel, it might take up to 15 days to process the refund.
