Terms and Conditions


This online retail site is accessible via the Internet at (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and is open to any Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").


The website is published and operated by the company GD INTERNATIONAL, a company with limited liability (SARL) with a capital of 30,000 Euros, Paris Trade Register 487 735 458, whose head office is located at 12 rue Tronchet, 75008 PARIS, France.

General and commercial information:


Any order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, implies agreement of the general terms and conditions (T&C) detailed below, which prevail over any contrary condition imposed by the buyer.


GD INTERNATIONAL may modify the T&C at any time, without notice. The T&C cannot be subject to any modification by the Buyer. The applicable T&C will be the ones published on the Site when the Buyer places his/her order.


If one or more provisions of these T&Cs were overturned by application of a French legal provision or a court decision, the other provisions would remain in force.




The Buyer declares he/she has read and accepted all these T&Cs before placing his/her order on the Site.


To validly place an order on the Site, the Buyer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity, or hold a parental authorization allowing him/her to place an order online.


GD INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to ask any Buyer to justify his/her age or parental authorization, and not to deliver the order in case the Buyer does not provide the supporting document.


GD INTERNATIONAL products are mainly distributed in Beauty salons. Products sold online are for personal use. They cannot in any case be linked to any Buyer’s professional activity.

Therefore, each order will be limited to an amount of 500 Euros, and the Buyer will not have the right to order more than 3 products of each reference per order.


In case of ordering a higher amount or number of products, GD INTERNATIONAL invites the Buyer to contact the company by phone at +33 (0) 1 44 90 80 60 (non-premium call) from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.


GD INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to cancel an order that would be presumed not to meet the a.m. criteria, without its liability being incurred.


The products sold by GD INTERNATIONAL are those present online on the day the Buyer visits the Site.


GD INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible if pictures are incorrect. In addition, GD INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible if online product descriptions do not correspond to the delivered products, insofar as the errors do not relate to the essential product characteristics, according to article Llll-1 of the Consumer Code.




GD INTERNATIONAL will fulfil orders placed as long as stocks last.


GD INTERNATIONAL will do its utmost to update the products availability on the Site. In the event that, despite the vigilance of GD INTERNATIONAL, one or several product(s) ordered by the Buyer were unavailable temporarily or permanently at the time of the order picking, GD INTERNATIONAL would inform the Buyer by email of the missing reference(s), and of the corresponding reimbursement amount.


GD INTERNATIONAL undertakes to reimburse the Buyer as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days of the refund notification expressed by email.


GD INTERNATIONAL will pay no compensation to the Buyer in such cases.




Delivery times are only indicative. No delay can give rise to a penalty at our expense.


If the parcel is delivered damaged or opened at the Buyer’s, he/she must refuse delivery by noting the observed damage and filing a complaint to the La Poste employee for defective delivery. Any parcel delivery accepted by the Buyer shall be deemed free from delivery defects.


GD INTERNATIONAL will pay no compensation to the Buyer in such cases.




Claims concerning the quality of goods are only admissible if they are made in writing and if they reach us by email ( upon receipt of the goods. No return of goods, for any reason whatsoever, will be accepted without our Company’s prior written agreement. Returns will be made postage paid to the company’s headquarters (GD INTERNATIONAL -12 rue Tronchet - 75008 Paris - France).


GD INTERNATIONAL will pay no compensation to the Buyer in such cases.




GD INTERNATIONAL uses the CYBERPLUS PAYMENT settlement system with 3D SECURE security feature, implemented by Banque Populaire Rives de Paris.


The entire transaction is encrypted and directed to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. No banking information is stored on our server: our partner bank, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, directly hosts the input form.


GD INTERNATIONAL guarantees a high level of security for all transactions made by the Buyer on website.


The total amount to be paid for the order is indicated to the Buyer on the Internet page summarizing all the elements of his/her order. Before proceeding to the payment, the Buyer has the opportunity to check online the details and total amount of his/her order, and to correct any errors.


Payment is due upon order, by credit card only. Only payments in Euros are accepted.


The Buyer guarantees GD INTERNATIONAL that he/she is entitled to use credit cards for payment. In the event that the bank rejects the Buyer’s payment, GD INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to cancel his/her order delivery. Any new order made by this Buyer may be suspended or cancelled by GD INTERNATIONAL.


Only the following bankcards are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard. American Express cards are not accepted.


Upon order, the Buyer must provide online the requested information relating to his/her credit card (card number, date of validity, card security code on the back of the card). Online payment is secure. The transmitted information is encrypted.


The Buyer’s credit card will be debited upon confirmation by the bank of the acceptance of the Buyer’s settlement.


The products remain the full and entire property of GD INTERNATIONAL until full settlement of invoiced products, including fees and taxes; in accordance with law n° 80.335 dated May 12th, 1980.


The payment is the last step of the order’s validation. The Buyer may modify at any time one of the elements of his/her order, until he/she carries out the payment validation. When the Buyer confirms the settlement, the order is validated and becomes final. Any order means a payment.


The Buyer will receive an email from GD INTERNATIONAL acknowledging receipt and summarizing the ordered elements, to the email address indicated in his/her account.


French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law (Loi Informatique et Liberté)


The collection by us of personal data when creating a customer account has been declared to the CNIL under number 2144866.




All disputes will be exclusively referred to the Paris Commercial Court.
