All our products are shipped from Paris, France. For international orders, you may be subject to additional shipping charges based on your country’s taxes. Gisèle Delorme will not be paying for these extra costs.

Delivery in France:

Order over 80€, the delivery if free of charge.

  • Colissimo home signature, delivery estimated at 3 to 4 business days ounce order has been fulfilled.

 

Delivery in the European Union: 

Order over 150€, the delivery if free of charge.

  • DHL express, delivery estimated at 3 to 5 business days ounce order has been fulfilled.

 

Delivery in the rest of the world:

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Your order cannot be cancelled nor modified because the preparation at the warehouse is initiated the day you place your order. If you do not wish to receive it anymore, we kindly invite you to return it.

DO YOU SEND OUT SAMPLES?

We offer, depending on our availability, three samples of our products.

I HAVE SEVERAL PROMO CODES, CAN I APPLY ALL OF THEM TO MY ORDER?

Promo codes cannot be combined. However, feel free to place several orders !

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have 14 days after receipt of the order to return your order.

Returned products must not be opened and the packaging must be intact.

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to refund you.

To return the non-conforming or damaged product (s), use the return label available by clicking on the link on our return form.

To proceed with the complete return of your order following the confirmation of your rights of withdrawal, return the entire order, including samples and / or promotional items by clicking on the link on our return form.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The return costs are reimbursed at the standard rate, as soon as the return complies with the procedure in force.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE REFUND?

Once we have received the parcel, it might take up to 15 days to process the refund.
